Hi, I'm Kate!

Hi everyone! My name is Kate! I started my 75 gallon salt water tank, in 2001 right after 9/11 to keep my mind occupied! Where I live, there aren't very many people with salt water tanks, because we don't have access to very much coral! I used to ride three hours, once a year, to get starts! I would spend the day with the lady, because my rider had meetings at the local hospital in that town! It was great! I'd come home with maybe seven or eight coral starts for my tank! Well, we are going to remodel the inside of the house,(walls, windows, carpet) so the tank has to go! I've bought an eight gallon nanocube, and have had it up and running for two months now! I'm happy to meet you all!

Welcome to RS!
Glad to have you here.
Any chance of moving the tank instead of tearing it down completely? I would hate for you to lose all of your hard work.

Re: Hi, I'm Kate!

Hello and welcome! You say you've had your 75gallon since 2001, it must be well established and quite nice by now. Do you have any pictures of it you'd be willing to share? We love pictures.

Re: Hi, I'm Kate!

Welcome to RS, Kate!

I too would love to see some pictures. I upload pics to Photobucket and then post a link to the picture in a post here. That seems to be the easiest thing to do.

When in doubt... wait it out. This means take it slow and let the tank "develop" and don't rush it. Time is your friend
