| Tubeworm | Starting all over again. Well at one time about fourteen years ago I started in this wonderful world marine fish. I had a 90 gallon bow front in black with a Eheim wet/dry and a 90 gallon on a oak stand and canopy running on a wet/dry. But all that is all gone due to things that happend in life. I use to sleep marine fish, I use to wake up to marine fish and boy did I waste lots of money on this topic. I stopped for about five years ago and in those five years, Boy have things changed. There is no size limit on reef tanks back in the days the pet shops would tell you that a tank smaller then 30 gallons was not posible and look at it now I've seen small one gallon tanks that from the pictures looked like a big 120 gallon tank. So now the hobby seems to have taken a second life, I want to give it a shot. I MISS THIS HOBBY SO MUCH and I hope to have all you guys and gals, help me bring my back that dead spot in my heart, BACK TO LIFE. Well let me stop the crying and start the new fun world of Mini Reefs.

| Scopas Tang | Re: Starting all over again. Welcome back Diego ! Small tanks are nice too. You're a bit limited on what you can put in them as far as fish go.....and space for very many coral.....but they can be just as rewarding and cost less to setup and stock. Weekly maintenance is pretty important with smaller tanks, but...being smaller it doesn't take any time at all to clean them up and do a water change. I kept 2 nano reefs....a 15 and a 29 for a bit, then switched them both up into a 50gallon. Very interesting hobby and can certainly see why you want to jump back in ! All the best !
