Hello From Florida

My name is glenn and just stumbled across this site. I would like to say hi to everyone and hope to share some info with everyone. I am currently working on trying to raise harlequin shrimp babies as well as true perc babies.
I have a 90 reef with a 40 frag tank/ fuge and a 38 sump with hang on fuge.
lighting 2 250w 20k radiums 2 54w t5's 10k and 420nm. running a modded octopus nw150 skimmer. frag tank is lit by a current usa orbit pendant 150w 14k. here's some pics

Thank you for posting pics. Amazing looking tank you have there.

It's going to be fun following along with you as you explain how you go about raising clown fry and harlequin babies. That's a subject that has a LOT of interest for me.

flow in the tank is provided by 2 modded 6025 tunze nano streams and 2 mj1200's with eco mods. return is a mag12 going through jbj arctica 1/5 hp chiller then 25w current usa uv sterolizer. Flow in the frag tank is also a mj1200 with ecomod.

7 schooling chromis
female lyretail anthias

mated pair of true percs spawning

265 Gallon Reef built into basement wall. Lighting = 6x250 watts MH, 2x96 watt PC ,and 2x140 watt VHO for a total watt of 1,972 watts . New addition on 4-14-07 of 100 gallon sump and 100 gallon refugium. I think I have lost my mind. Gotta love this hobby Vicki

That fish list would probably push the limits of a 240, especially as they grow. Have you thought about a nice, big, 450?

i wish i could afford a 450, but the 240 will be pushing it....also i feed my fish well so they in turn feed the corals well. When they purge during feeding time i call it crop dusting....the corals love it
