hi, i have a 75 gallon tank with 1 yellow tang 2 chromis a bubble coral some star polyps and a long tentacle plate coral that i think is sick please help me.

Welcome to RS!! What is wrong with your coral and what are your tank specs? A photo would help also.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your plate. Unfortunately, these are difficult corals to keep in captivity. Generally, they don't have the longevity in captivity as other corals. They should be placed on the substrate and not the rock work, as that is certain death.
