| Limpet | Re: identify that fish! I unfortunately experienced this firsthand recently. I picked up a tomato clown a while back and was assured by the LFS that it wouldn't bother anything except other clowns. For a while, this was true and it got along well with all its tankmates, only occasionally chasing a couple away from food. But suddenly this past week it went nuts and killed a banggai cardinal, and then bit the tails off anotehr cardinal and a royal gramma. I was able to catch it and brought it back to the shop yesterday. |

| Pistol Shrimp | Re: identify that fish! im not sure if anyones reply was right. lol. when i bought him they said something about a flag something another goby. when i go back ill find out what it truly is and we will see who is right. lol. he is about 3-4 inches and feisty. hes scared of the tomato. the tomato has calmed down a bit, slightly but not fully chasing the unknown goby, but he still nudges my clown goby sweetly. it seems that he sometimes makes little depressions in the sand when he is looking for food. i feed him more than i think i should. is this normal for tomatoes to do? |
