Thanks for the link and welcome. I have all of the supplies laying around in my house so I'll build it this week. Whatever I'm missing I'll just pick up.

Great tank, but the anemone and the mandarin are a bad mix. Mandarins are slow enough to be caught easily if they happen to go across an anemone. Hopefully the clowns will scare him away if he starts to come over to the nem. Other than that, I am insanely jealous.

Yeah I know.....but they were there first.....jk They seem to stay away from it. It's as if they know it's there or something. The clowns run off everything that comes over there except the Naso but at 8 inches he goes where he wants too

Glad to hear it. If I was a clownfish, I wouldn't mess with a naso either. BTW, are you going to upgrade when the naso gets too big, or just get rid of the big guy?

Upgrade........he's like family. You keep them around even when you don't want them so the tang stays for life. I've watched him go from around 2 inches to his present size. Besides no one would give me what he's worth so. I kind of want to add a female but that will have to wait until the upgrade.

If u do weekly 20% water changes. I've been thinking about more like 20% bi monthly. I'd turn my 125 into a sump and the 55g sump into a refugium only. It'll be a lot less then 10,000 a yr.
