Hello from NC!

Hello all!

After spending a considerable amount of time at other reef-based forums, I became tired of the lack of respect and helpfulness that the general members provide. I want to be a part of a friendly, helpful atmosphere that welcomes new members instead of just rolling their eyes and yelling at people.

I'm no expert by any means and I have a lot to learn. I've been reefing for about 5 years now, and I've enjoyed it very much. After a two year break due to a cross-country move, I set up a nano last March. I have a 56 gallon project also in the works now. I hope to share all of this in much more detail in the other threads.

I'm looking forward to talking to you all!

Hi moze and welcome to RS! Great bunch of folks here. And if you see something that looks offensive, well, from what I can tell, most of the time it's tongue in cheek humor. This really is a VERY friendly bunch.

I also agree about the pics requests. Everyone here LOVES to see pics! Me too! I use them as goals for my own tanks.

I'm way up here in the mountains of NC (almost in TN).

Welcome and enjoy looking around. It's a VERY friendly and family like site and I am sure you'll learn and also contribute to our knowledge.
