Here's what I just got done doing to my poor experimental tank: Bulkhead replacement: Tank in a holding patern,.. right before I pulled the drain stand pipe to flush the water out.  Tank compleatly empty, notice the missing standpipe:  Bulkhead removed, just a hole in the glass:  Bulkhead back in, tank filling, shot of the new bulkhead:  Tank filling  Tank full:  Initally I had a leak still and had to drain the tank half way again to fix it,.. but I think I'm ok now.
