First time here

Hi!

I've been a long-time freshwater aquarist and have always longed to get started in salt/reef but have held of due to cost and fear of the unknown...

My friend Ken is a nano-reef-keeper and after bumping into each other at the LFS we had a long discussion that included a tip to your website.

Here to learn and possibly make the leap!

-Kevin

Re: First time here

Welcome, I have both salt and fresh tanks and the initial cost is more for salt, but after that it really is not much more work for either. I do the same maint. for both and it only takes a few minutes more on the salt in order to clean the skimmers, mix salt etc. but well worth the effort and cost.
