| Tunicate | Sapphire Aquatics Hello RS, I was referred to this site by BrothaWolf, and I must say that this is probably one of the friendliest forums that I have visited. Everyone seems very forth coming and willing to share information and experience. I look forward to becoming an active member and potentially a sponsor. I do not see a contact for the admin, but I would like to hear from you if you read this post. My company specializes in aquarium specific protein skimmers, only the nano market at the moment, but not for long. We focus on making a quality product, that is built to last and requires no additional purchases, and customer service. When you ask questions you get straight answers from me, the fabricator. All of our products are hand crafted in America and built one at a time. Thanks everyone, Kyle Sapphire Aquatics |

| Tunicate | Re: Sapphire Aquatics Thanks everyone. Like I said, friendliest hobbyists on the web. I have already been contacted about sponsorship and I am just waiting to hear from Travis, I believe that he is still on vacation. If any of you have questions about water quality, whether it pertains to skimmers or not, feel free to ask me. I am always happy to help, and I try to give you answers that explain what is going on rather than just tell you how to fix it. |

| Tunicate | Re: Sapphire Aquatics Kenny, I am working on a fix for the aquapod skimmer. The sliding gates leave the top 1.5" of the overflow teeth exposed so in order to get the water level to the correct height in the rear you will need an additional sliding door. I am making a sliding door out of acrylic that will now come with the skimmer. I wil drop one in the mail for you as soon as they are ready. |
