| Sunshine Reefer ![]() | Re: new to reef's Let's start with first words. Grin Welcome to RS! Lots of friendly helpful people here so feel free to ask anything you like. Now onto the next. What do you plan to keep? I have a 24g Aquapod that is my seahorse tank and I love it. It does however have low flow and not a lot of lighting. This makes it great for seahorses or even fish only but if you want to have higher light corals and/or anemones then you will need to upgrade the pump and the lighting. Let us know more about what you want to keep and we can give a lot more advice. Meanwhile welcome to RS!

| Moderator ![]() | Re: new to reef's Welcome to RS! Have you thought about what type of substrate and filtration you'll be using? That will help us to guide you in the right direction. Also, depending on if you want to keep corals and what type you would like will have an impact on the type of lighting you will need. Give us a few more details of what your thinking of having and we'll do our best to help you. |
