| Tunicate | Thanks Just want to say thank you for all the great info on this site. I have learned a ton. My name is Bill and I have been keeping Reef tanks for about 3 years. I serve in the military so reef keeping can be hard with the moves. I am married and have two young daughters that love to watch the tanks with me. I have made a ton of mistakes that have cost a small fortune to "fix". After getting orders to Korea I had to stop and sell my 55gallon reef for the move. I never liked the 55gal, and plan to move up to a 90+gal one day. I recently have been stationed in Tucson, AZ and have talked my wonderful wife into allowing me another try. I have just started a 24gal nano cube. I love to keep reef tanks because to me it is amazing to create a miniature eco-system in my home, watching the tank with my two kids is payoff for all the hard work. Thanks again all. Bill McAbee |

| Tunicate | Re: Thanks Wow lots of quick responses. I will get some pics of the tank soon, it’s just now cycling. Looks like we have lots of military folks in here! I will recap my short service. I started out Army Infantry stationed in Colorado Springs; I then jumped over to the Air Force as an A-10 Crew Chief. I have been in about 9 years now, and have done the Korea and Iraq stuff. Thanks to all you that serve, and all you that support those that serve! Boozeman, It was a pain to tear it down and set up again. But I saw the tank after a month at the guys house, and it looked twice as good as I ever had it! Made me so jealous. |
