| Tunicate | new to the hobby Hello, My name is chris I just joined reefsanctuary today, thought I,d tell you a little about my self. Well a over a year ago I started my frist reef tank 55g and have just installed a 180g in wall tank. At frist I jumped in the hobby way to fast, I knew very little what I was doing and lost a number of fish and a few corals do to the fact that I did no research. I have since gained some knowledge on the hobby by reading alot of threads on the wed and asking alot of question at the lfs. I proud to say that a haven't lost a fish in 6 months and only one coral. I just moved every thing from the 55g tank to the 180g tank, but I took my time (a week to be exact) not to spike the tank by puting every thing in at once. Didn't loose a thing, I was very happy!! I have pictures of my 55g and the setup of the 180g tank from start to finish, when I learn how to post pictures I will show my new setup. Well that's all for now hope I didn't talk to much. |
