pistol shrimp and butterfly's

i bought a tiger pistol shrimp today. i put it in my 9 month old, 95 gallon tank with a randalls goby, 1 longnose butterfly, 1 threadfin butterfly, 1 pearlscale butterfly, 1 cardinal, 1 firefish goby, 1 royal gramma, 1 chalk bass, 1 flame angel, 2 cleaner shrimp, hermits, and a serpent star. when i put the pistol shrimp in the tank, he went right to the randalls goby. a few minutes later i could not find the pistol shrimp. but the randalls is acting very agressive towards the other fish now. do you think the pistol got eated by any of the fish, is he burrowed in the sand, or are the usually hiding when you first put them in the tank? thanks for your help.

he might just be hiding in the burrow with ur goby, they tend to stay out of sight during the day. hope he shows up for you
