I am looking for a liopropoma carmabi / candy stripe basslet.

best thing to do is ask your LFS to try and get one,,,my reasoning,,,you can see it before purchase,,,QT it there for a few days,,,

ordering one fish online is expensive with the shipping, its sight unseen and if worse comes to worse and its DOA,,,you get credit for the fish but not the shipping,,so you pay double.

If you are on the east coast good luck getting it through your lfs. I've been sweet tlaking every one of my sales reps at wholesalers trying to get one for my personal system

I'm just gonna resort to buying online when I find a good priced one.

That fish looks similar to the Swalesi Basslet but it's from the Atlantic like the Swissguard. I've been told these are very difficult to obtain. I've been looking for years with no luck. If you find one I'd love to know your source.

well still no luck. I have a couple of leads and my LFS is looking. Several on line sources have told me to try closer to spring and they should be more plentiful as well as easier to ship. I will let everyone know if I find one. Any others?
