| Tubeworm | Frogspawn for sale, local pick up only I am selling some frags of my HUGE frogspawn. It is green with pink/purple tips. I am asking $10 per head. I have LOTS available in many different sizes. Just tell me how many heads you want. The pic below is the coral I have taken the frags from. I have never shipped corals, so that is not something I want to do just yet. Local pick ups only please. If there is anyone around me in Texarkana, Arkansas Joe |

| Tubeworm | Re: Frogspawn for sale, local pick up only Hi and thanks for looking at this. This coral is about 7 or 8 years old. I got it for $15 as a small 2 or 3 headed piece that broke off of a larger piece in shipment to my LFS. If you held a basketball up in front of it you could still see frogspawn around the edges. It is VERY fragile, the slightest knock would produce a 2 or 3 head frag. I have taken (or accidently aquired) several frags from it. The last one that my wife knocked off had about 12 heads. Sometimes I would find little one head pieces on the sand that my clowns had broke (this is their home). I have know for a while that I was going to have downsize it because it had reached the front of my glass. Well the other day I was cleaning in the tank and I hit it with my arm and it split open like an egg. I have a couple big pieces (30 or more heads) that remained, but I also have a LOT of 2, 3, 5, 7... head pieces too. Guys, I have done nothing special to this coral. I am not the role model for the cleanest tank or most often water changes. I kept it under VHO's for the first 6 years of its life and now it is under 250w MH (XM 10K) It is not all under brightest of the light though due to the glass brace above it in the center of the tank, as you can see the shadow cast on it in the pic. But it has done really well under this light. Sometimes I feed it most the time I don't. Seriously, nothing special. But if you have any other questions about it let me know. I am glad you like it, and glad to share. Here is a full tank shot, not the clearest, but you get the idea of the size of it in my 100g tank. Joe Last edited by AkaSlyGuy : 05-05-2008 at 09:41 PM.
