5-10 polyp frag -$35 -they're a pretty rare zoa and I would have no problem with you using your own shipping account

| Golden Moray | Re: Awesome Zoanthids I spent about $120 on 4 frags of zoas. Used my own FedEx..Priority Overnight. Unfortunately none of them made it. Very disappointing. Prior to purchase I asked how they were mounted and was told they were attached to rock that would be fragged off a larger colony. They came all broken up, the fragging looked like a hack job. They tiniest piece of rubble with one polyp attached to it. Some of them had tissue holding the zoas together but the rubble was fragmented and the zoas were barely hanging on to each other. I hoped for the best and put them in my tank, they didn't make it. The one that was on a decent rock looked to be smushed. There was nothing there. Just bubble gum. They did a good job packing it though. That is my experience. Sorry to say. Reefstick, how did yours arrive?

| Tunicate | Re: Awesome Zoanthids i am truly sorry you had a problem. BUT how can i be expected to resolve a problem if i am not told about it?? i ALWAYS do what ever i can to fix a problem. you will not find one online retailer that can fix a problem he or she does not know about. why would you not contact me? it is nearly a month later and this is the first I hear about this. anyone that purchases zoanthid from me please let me know ASAP if there is an issue. if i am notified quickly i can take care of almost any problem, but at a month later it becomes difficult find a "fair" resolution. |

| Golden Moray | Re: Awesome Zoanthids Actually I did wait quite a while as you have commented before posting my experience. I emailed you the very next day after receiving my shipment. To date, I have not received a reply. I think this is ample time to expect some type of response. I have seen your offer to sell on other forums and only chose to express my dissatisfaction here at RS.

| Golden Moray | Re: Awesome Zoanthids I sort and purge MS Outlook every Friday. This is the only way I can stay organized. So no, I did not keep any communications between the two of us. Had your zoanthids been fragged with the care needed to ensure a clean transfer from your tank to mine, we would not be dealing with this issue. This IS the issue. And another thing. I will decide whom I wish to give my e-mail address out to. Not you. I do not appreciate you posting it for the entire world to see. Please edit your last post

| Tunicate | Re: Awesome Zoanthids once again if you wish to resolve your problem all you need to do is contact me.you have not even givin me a chance to try and make you happy. instead you chose to go to a public forum and complain. I would like anyone that reads this to tell me if I am in the wrong. I ask you to email me and say I said I will work with you and you respond with insults. This to me is not a responce of someone that wishes to resolve and issue in a professional manor. sorry about the email. (edit) In the coral industry problems happen with every single vendor there is. I am no exception. I have a very large database of very happy customers. I have had problems however in the end I do my best to make sure every one of the problems was resolved to the best of my abbility. so again please feel free to contact me when your ready. |

| Golden Moray | Re: Awesome Zoanthids What part of this communication is not professional? I am confused as to what insults you are referring to. I honestly do not feel my original post was complaining rather expressing the experience that I had.

BTW your right complaining was an improper term however an attempt to contact me again would have avoid all of the above and you would have new frags a long time ago.
