| Golden Moray | Are my clowns going to spawn? (Video inside) I have had these guys for just over a year, and tonight I found them cleaning a nest site and picking at the frogspawn they use as a host. They were vibrating all over the place. Here are the videos. Video of clowns2 - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting Video of clowns1 - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

| Dancing Mandarins | Re: Are my clowns going to spawn? (Video inside) I too have black saddle backs. I have had them almost a year. They dance like crazy, are territorial about their 'host' candycane, but no eggs. I had many eddgs from my maroon pair, however.

| Golden Moray | Re: Are my clowns going to spawn? (Video inside) I just though because they were cleaning the nest site. They are actually orange occelaris, they just look black in the actinics.

| RS Sponsor ![]() | Re: Are my clowns going to spawn? (Video inside) The cleaning they are doing is nesting behavior (notice they stay in about the same spot) Get a nice closeup of the belly of the female with all the lights on. They look plenty big enough. Depending on the belly shot, I am betting on eggs in the next few weeks.

| Golden Moray | Re: Are my clowns going to spawn? (Video inside) I'll try to get a shot of the belly, but no promises. She barely ever stays still.
