| Scopas Tang | Hi everyone...I have just obtained a pair of clowns..I am told they are false percs..They guy I got them from says they have spawn a few times, he didnt really tell me anything other than that..SO I am wondering if someone could maybe get me started on the spawning stuff..Do I need certain things in the tank?.Temp difference?..I have wanted to try this out, and now I have the fish, I need some much appreciated info on any part of it..I read a few of the threads here about the fry ect..but they mostly start after the eggs are laid, and I am new to it, so I dont really understand alot of that part... Thanks so much for taking the time to read this, any info is good info for me.. HAPPY REEFING!!! |

| The Wand Geek was here. ;) ![]() | Re: New mating pair of clowns.. Get Joyce Wilkerson's book, Clownfish. It has been a great reference for me! A temp of 80-82 is best. If it is lower, the eggs and fry develop much slower than average.
