| Bryozoan | Clownfish Spawning Hello everyone, Well my pair of Clown fish have finally started to spawn. They will spawn a new clutch of eggs every 8-10 days after each set hatch. I had a few questions on those who have tried to raise the fry or if anyone knows where I could locate some information, I tried to search briefly. I have a build of LR in a corner where my Carpet resides. They will lay the clutch there on a solid piece of LR so I cannot move them. The only thing I may be able to do would be to place a smaller piece of movable LR there that I could remove in hopes that the eggs are layed there. I have come across two options. One would be wait until the eggs hatch (1-2 hours after lights shut off) and draw them to the top with a light and suction them out, or try the removable rock method. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on which method they have tried and had success with and what set-ups they used. Thanks! |
