Helpful Background Information for New Reefers

Welcome to the crazy addicting world of reefkeeping. If you are like I was at the very beginning, you are very confused and think that there is no way you will ever figure it out.

Yet, you keep coming back and reading more. Why is that??? It's because you are already addicted and you didn't even know it.

If you are looking for some good background information, make sure you go to ReefSanctuary's research section. There is a lot of excellent information in this area found HERE

Read up and ask away.

Gussy, sorry that some of the links don't work. A lot of the aquarioumnet links don't work.
But don't worry, these are being fixed and updated... If there are any links you are looking for in particular give me a shout and I'll pm ya some article llinks.

Greetings to all, hope to get a reef setup sometime this year having kept tropicals for sometime now, this seem like the best place to be.

The Reef Sanctuary Knowledgebase is incredible. Its easy to get lost in there for hours but rule #1 to the hobby read read and read some more!

The knowledgebase appears to be dead.

I first saw the link in a sig some time back, but always got an error when I tried to access it. Today tried the links in this thread and still can't access it. I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: construct_login_code() in /home/reefsanc/public_html/forums/includes/functions_links.php on line 795

Any chance it will be up and running again soon? I need all the knowledge I can get my hands on.

Hey Gymshoes, Knowledgebase is one thing I haven't fixed yet from the upgrade. However, all those links (and many more) are still available at http://www.reefindex.com .
