Foxface lo

I got a Foxface and I love him! He was at the lfs for about a month. He eats very well.

My tank is 75 gal. I also have 2 yellow tail damsels. I may or may not keep these. Although I do like them a lot also.

Now I'm thinking ahead on this.
Can I put any other fish in my tank? Or is that enough?

I have no corals of yet. I know the Foxfaces can and do sometimes nip at coral. But I'm gonna chance that cause I think he is really a pretty fish.

It will be a while even if I do add anything else. I'm just pondering right now.

So i'm thinking I have 2 blue fish and now my pretty yellow Foxface. MMMM maybe something in the red colors?

Re: Foxface lo

Maybe a small fairy wrasse or a goby...

The problem with fairy wrasses (or at least from what I hear) is that the colors don't quite stand out when they are kept individually (as oppossed to a harem). Your problem, a harem might put too much pressure on you biological filtration. If you have a super skimmer, are pretty stringent with water changes, and have the money, then you might be able to get away with it....

Take er easy

Re: Foxface lo

I've been looking at the 6 line wrasse.
I had a hard time picking out the Foxface over a tang, the yellow eye kole tang was the one I really liked.
But I know I can't have one now LOL.

I don't want to over load the tank what so ever. This might be the only fish I keep. I've been thinking bigger tank Lord my hubby would kill me

I do keep up with the water changes and I have a Remora Pro hanging on the back with the mag 3. But I don't want to stress my lil fishies out by having to many in there.
