    Painting Coral

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew anything about painting your coral. I saw it done on Tanked (go figure) the other nite and I would like to paint my coral. I have searched everywhere and can't find anything on where to buy the paint, what kind of paint to buy etc. Any ideas? Also, has anyone tried doing this and if you did how did it turn out? Thanks so much!!

I read somewhere that it as "epoxy" paint but that was just in passing...

Why would you put paint on your (live?) coral?

    Re: Painting Coral

Epoxy paint will work. So will water based Acrylic paints. They just have to be left to dry completely before being introduced into the tank. Probably rinsed off with FW first too.

with that said...i ahve to +1 what AL Said....Why would you want to Paint Live coral?

    Re: Painting Coral

My mistake, sorry. Acrylic paint, water based would work fine.
