setting up a 29g tank

Hey guys I was just brainstorming i have a 29g tank w a back pack filter heater and a powerhead. I was thinking maybe i could do a blenny,and goby tank without spending alot of money. My idea is live sandand 25 pounds of LR, I was just wondering if the back pack filter would be sufficient in this set up if i were to need an expensive filtration system probably not worth it to me i would just use it as a back up qt for my 150,let me know your thoughts

as long as you dont overload on fish i wouldnt see a problem
concern is how many gobies are u planning to put
these guys are territorial and make homes under the rocks
