| Ricordea | Re: how much sand? I think 2-4 inches deep should be sufficient. Fish and currents will push sand around and sometimes make shallow areas.

| Golden Moray | Re: how much sand? Depending on what you want; A DSB that will house bacteria like LR - 3+" A bed that will not collect much debris - .75" A bed that will hose borrowing critters like Jawfish - 3+" A bed that will allow for most tank room - .75"
