Angry 3 lfs no clue about marine ich "ahhhh" Help

Ok i have been to 3 lfs in the past two days to try and remedy my ich problem. Guess the first thing out of every one of there mouths. Marine ich is always going to be present in your tank, and there is no way to stop that (come on). Ok im new to the game but from reading and you guys replies to my questions i understand that i could get rid of it in my tank by a 6 week fish less main tank and proper qt procedures there after. It's frustrating i keep getting the same answer from these fish stores. Anyway my problem is i only have a 10 gallon hospital tank. I have 150g main tank all i have right now is 6 damsels i have cycled with. recent additions A Green bird wrasse about 5 inches and a porcupine puffer about 6 inches. How big of a qt would i need to house the wrasse and puffer for 6 weeks? THe damsels i'll probably give back to lfs or whatever seeing im doing a predator tank. I worry that even if i wen't out and bought a large enough qt it's not cycled. Also im very nervous about trying hyposalinity or copper treatments because of my lack of knowledge and rigth test equipment. Any way I really hate seing my nice fish that a put alot of time researching and building my system for suffer. Please help

Re: 3 lfs no clue about marine ich "ahhhh" Help

sorry Im not right up on your situation, is this a fish only tank or reef? if your doing a predator tank your going to have to get a bigger QT anyway or the cycle for you will go on until you get tired of dealing with it. Simple facts, you have ich, it can be eradicated, you will have to spend money and time, the resources and help are right here on RS. IF you want it to stop, go and read the http://www.reefsanctuary.com/forums/...es-treatments/ make a plan, gather your equipment and start a "help me" thread, you will not be disappointed, simple facts lol.
