| Star Polyps | Oh i wonder what it is... I was sittin staring at my tank tonight, all it has is uncured live rock lol. But i noticed a little thing growing on top of the rock, there like single white/yellowish tentacles or branchs as the go out in a perfect circle. Its that small there wouldnt be much point in taking a photo u wouldnt see it lol. I know, I know but im Irish remember ![]() |

| Fire Coral | Re: Oh i wonder what it is... Whilst I class myself as a newbie, I did have a reef tank many years ago, but have forgotten most of what I learned. I do recall sitting in front of the tank for several hours watching all sorts of things crawl around, pop in and out and swell up, when all I had was my live rock. Some of these things were about 12 inches long with hundreds of legs. Sadly (or maybe not, I really don't know) when I set my tank up this time, there was no such interesting life to be seen. |
