If one was trying to bond 2 pieces of acrylic together which "weld on" should that person use?

I (I mean this person) does not know which one would be best.

This person is using it to "weld" part of a skimmer together after this person broke the flange be tighting just a little to much.

Tell this person that Weldon 16 would be the best, and the strongest to use.
