Whats on this rock?

I was at my LFS and saw a live rock with some interesting green bubble like objects on it. Sorry for the poor picture quality but I took it with my phone. Anyone know what this might be? Also, there is alot of algea on the backside of this rock. It looks like mermaid's hair. I got a pic of it on a different rock. Can this be removed easily from live rock? I'd hate to introduce this into my tank and have it run wild.

Thanks

Re: Whats on this rock?

WOW!!! That's horrible! Not only would I NOT buy that rock, I'd find a new LFS to do business with if they consider that to be a sellable product...The bubble algae, (valonia) is pretty common, and is a natural occuring pest, but the hair algae is a sign of neglect on the part of the LFS owner/staff...
