Glue/Adhesive for Acrylic

I am wanting to make my own skimmer and wanted advice on glue or adhesive that will make a stong water tight bond. I've read some articles where GOOP was used. I looked on the GOOP website, and in their FAQ's, it mentions that GOOP is not for aquarium use. Can someone recommend a good glue?

Weld On 3, Weld On 4 or Weld on 16

TAP Plastics, U.S. Plastics, or many hobby stores should carry what you need.
