| Midas Blenny | Alright... The ball is rolling... I just added the live rock. I purchased Kalini LR for the tank. I tried to look up this LR to get some info on it and I found nothing. What is the overall opinion of this rock? Does anyone have a link or input as to where it comes from? I purchased enough to fill up 70% of the tank in effort to leave enough space for growth. I hate being a newbie. I want to know it all and I want to know it all now. |

| Reef Shark ![]() | Re: Alright... The ball is rolling... Kaelini rock, AKA Tonga Deep water rock is good stuff. According to the stories, it is named after the boat that was collecting it, (which was named after Walt Smith's daughter). No idea how much truth there is to that, but it's what I've been told numerous times... I like it. MY 90 was about 1/2 Kaelini, the rest a mix of Fiji, Vanisi, and Tonga branch.
