I have the Tek-light 6x54w over my 75g and I really like it so far

hey guys i was just viewing the TOTM here Tank of the Month - October 2007 - Reefkeeping.com and thought about this thread. this is a sps tank that is 30" tall running on all T5's 54watters. i geuss this is one more example of what T5's can do. so much for tall tanks not working with T5's.

The tank looks great but I would hate to see that bulb bill every 6-8 months

cool, ,,i am looking into hooking my 48" long x 24" wide x 24 " high, 8 54W should work and cut my electricity costs in half from 2x250W mH and 2x96wpc

I have a Current Nova Extreme fixture with 4x54W High Output lights. I had Power compacts before and these lights are so much better it isn't funny. I would highly recommend T5 H.O.

55 gallon, shallow sand bed, sump w/half of bioballs removed and added live rock, Current Nova Extreme 4x54W T5 High Output lights, Coralife Superskimmer, Tropic Marine Pro Reef salt mix S.G. 1.024.

Fish: Cinnamon Clown, False Percula Clown, Foxface, Green Chromis, Snowflake Eel.

Inverts: Various hermits, coral banded shrimp, cleaner shrimp, peppermint shrimp, 2 GBTA's, zebra urchin, sally light foots(never see them) and lots of feather dusters.

Coral: Green Galaxia, Wall hammer, various zoanthids and palythoas, purple encrusting gorgonian, green goniopora. Pinkish white star polyps.
