Question (newbie)

Today i was cleaning my 12 gallon reef tank and i saw a pinkish spot on the glass is this a sign that coralline is growing . my tank is about 1 month old or is it some type of nuisance algae i have a pic .

Coraline would not wipe off easy, another type of algae would. It is a little difficult to tell from the picture.

If it is not calcerous my guess is cyanobacteria aka red slime algae. Mainly caused from high nutrients in a system, so completely normal in a new tank.
