not recovering

Well, as you know i had a foul-up when adding a sump to my 29g. In the process of adding water i raised the SG from 1.021 to 1.025 with a waterchange. Needless to say the corals didnt like it at all. Its been two days now and things do not seem to be getting any better. Whats troubling me is only the corals seem to be affected. The fish and shrimp are fine, little tube worms seem to be fine, hermits/snails OK. Is this to be expected? I was trying to figure out if it was the salinity increase or something else. I did glue up the PVC right before adding the water, so i thought maybe some kind of poisening but i would have expected that to affect the fish as well. What do you think? I am going to try another 30% waterchange and see, but at some point i may have to pull out the corals. Is there a sure fire way to be sure they will not recover. The Xenia is shrunken, Nepthea is lying over, Zoo's and shrooms closed up tight. I see a little bleaching around the tips of my acro frags. I just dont want to pull them if there is a chance they will recover. Here's a pic..

From your photos, I would not try to change things too drastically. While they are closed up a little, they do not look terribly stressed. Inverts sometimes take a little longer to adjust to sudden drastic changes.

If it were me, I would just concentrate on bringing the salinity back down slowly over the next week or two instead of large changes quickly. It will be much better for your livestock.
