Question about my Hammer Coral

I have had this coral for about 8 months it was in my 40 gal. tank until I set up my new 90 gal. a few months ago. After the tank cycle and testing was right I added the corals from the old tank to the new and they were doing so much better. My questions is even though they are growing they have brown spots on them.......what is causing this? There are no other corals near it if thats any help. I will also include a pic.......I dont know if it will be big enough to see the spots but I can email a bigger pic to anybody willing to help me.

Re: Question about my Hammer Coral

The picture is to small but I would like to take a guess. Lighting can effect coral coloration is the lighting the same intensity as the last tank? Is it the same distance from the lighting as it was before? I have had corals change color after moving them to a new location, but the color change is spots so might be something else. I mean I am blindly guessing without a better picture.

Re: Question about my Hammer Coral

Per Elmo... (thanks elmo)

It is probably flatworms unless you dumped straight salt ontop of the polyps... see if they move.
