Time again to vote for DOW!! (Discussion of the Week)

Pull out those punch cards, cause it's time again to vote for DOW!!!

We will be voting on a weekly basis, with a new poll being started each Tuesday, along with a new Discussion Of The Week Topic!!! This means that you will need to re-vote EACH WEEK until we can get the re-voting Hack into place.

If you would like to see one that isn't listed, be my guest and post a comment with what you'd like to see on the posts. I'm more than willing to accomodate for you folks.

i say this as my best advice to a beginner. do not,,,and i repeat,,,,,DO NOT look at my tank as an example....i have a well practised eye, decades of experience, and a trunkload of failures to allow me to force the issue and get away with things most cannot~

I like the reef safe fish as it is a very conservation oriented topic. Planning a reef safe fish community avoids lots of oops and bad experiences for fish and reefers alike!

I went with the shrimps, crabs and snails b/c I think it will help me with my struggle for a clean sandbed and maybe help me build my case to Luiz for trading in our sand sifter.

I'd like to read more from those with exp on supplements. I dose a few things but could always use help tweaking my effort in this area.

I'd like to propose a future topic....monitors and controllers.

Thanks,
hap

I cast my vote for anemones, because so many people want them for a clownfish,(can you say NEMO?) but have no idea of what the animal wants or needs to survive in our tanks, nor how difficult they can be to keep, what lighting or water parameters they need.
