why I'm still a bit confused and not already made the switch,my concern is getting the correct amount (not too many but not too few either) and proper spacing to get full benefit of the LEDs...
I have a big tank to cover and I don't want to overdo a fixture but at the same time,I want to know it will be enough.....
considering how I have my scape arranged in my tank, the front 12" is mostly sand bed and I see no reason to waste LEDs to light it,but when I send to an LED supplier my tank dimensions for recommendations, are they gonna take that into consideration,or recommend enough LEDs to cover the entire tank ? giving that the tank doesn't need lighting in the front 12",I don't want it to look corny when lit either.....you guys see my dilemma here ?

Has anyone seen a review on the experiment after the last review on their website of 5/19/12. It has been quite a few months since this review and I would be curious to see the results. Has anyone been to the store with anything to report?
I have a Radion and I have never owned halides so from an experience stance I cant really compare the 2. I am seeing good growth and happy with the light so far and no problem with any bleaching (I did ramp the lights up very slowly). I have the lights at 100% going form 20k up to 12k and back down to 20k over the course of 10 hours.
