| Plate Coral | Emaciated Tang Update Well guys its been days now....Ive been putting in a strip of Nori two times - sometimes THREE times daily - in addition to regular feedings. Well I think my fish has shown considerable improvement. Still has ich, but Im not too worried about that since its not all that unusual. Ive attached some photos I just took tonight. Sorry theyre a little blurry but I think you should be able to see enough to agree that I think this hippo has fattened a bit. What do you guys think? You wouldnt say he looks thin would you? I think it was obvious I was bothered by what this poor fish has had to endure and I like to think I tried to help him as best as I could. That alone is deserving of some karma, no? ![]() Seriously, I think he looks MUCH better - u think he is fat enough? Im just glad because I really think he will make it!!! Thanks. Alan |

| Totally back ![]() | Keep feeding him! Glad he is getting better. They can eat a LOT. As far as the photos, well Travis is the best to help you with that. But I'll give it a shot. First what kind of camera. Second make sure you use a tripod. Can you adjust your apeture and exposure on your camera? I usually try to set the apeture to a lower number and use a flash to capture the fish in motion. I'm not real good at it. And if I screwed up these terms or advice you can unleash your wrath on me Travis ![]() All I can remember is increase the shutter speed but this means you have to use the flash to make sure you get a good enough exposure. And try to get a pic of him when he isn't swimming so fast, like maybe when he is eating the nori ![]() Mike
