help with lights

Hi everyone, I need to make a DIY light project for my 55g tank. I am thinking in 4 x 54w t5 lights. What type of ballast I need?, a good one please and where I can find 4 reflector and the bulbs connector? I can put the ballast outside the canopy?

I have to do this projects because I only have 46.75" in my canopy and don,t find any fixture with this dimension.

you can do either a workhorse 7, or two workhorse 5's , i have the wh7 on 4 54watters on MySpacemy tank with the twin 250mh's
keep in mind my new bulbs look so much better they are the same brand but so much bluer
