Yes. It is working much better now. The bubbles are very fine and look like milk in the main chamber. Just what I was hoping for. Thanks for the reminder, I will post some pictures later.
The Vertex does have a good rating BTW.

Ok I will do a comparison on the skimmers that are available in my current price range and see which one fits my needs best. I'll keep the K2 as a second option and Scott says hello Frankie.

Ok my final two choice are both by marine solutions; the MS Mini conical skimmer and they MSX 250 with dual sicce's. I shot of an email request more information on the mini to make sure that it can handle my 240 TVG system. Based on their response I should have a newskimmer within the next couple of weeks.

They have an upgrade the MSX250A that comes with an Askol?? pump. I can't wait to get the new skimmer.
