| Scopas Tang | Orange things growing on glass I have these orange things growing on my glass, as best i can describe they look kinda like gorgonians in their growth patter. i can't see any "arms" growing from the stem tho. they are attached to the glass and are just randomly placed in the tank. i havn't seen any on any of the rock or in the sand or anything. just in the upper levels of the tank. they don't seem to be hurting anything but i am just curious to what they are. i have never put any gorgonians in my tank btw.

| Scopas Tang | Re: Orange things growing on glass don't have my cam with me at the moment but i will upload one when i get a photo of it. im kinda baffled by what i have seen these past few days.... i thought that it was moving, i mean i didn't SEE it move but the orange things were not in the same place i recall. i marked on with a marker. a little dot that i would consider the "center" of the orange thing. well i let a day go by and low and behold it had moved. i put a dot on a few of the other ones to see if they moved too. all the ones that i checked moved. not much, maybe an inch, 2 at the most. so what ever it is, its alive. i wouldn't imagine it being a worm.... its pretty awkward to be something like that. NO symmetrical features either.
