| over caffinated reefer | new stand well,i started polishing out the welds on the stand for the 120. its 48.5x24.5x 36 high. so heres some pics. ![]() ![]()

| Neon dottyback | Re: new stand Nice! I guess since you are Powdercoating them you are leaving them open? What color are you powdercoating them? I used to sell park furniture that was powdercoated, what a great look! Can't wait to see pics of after that!

| over caffinated reefer | Re: new stand actually it will be skinned, 3 removable panels. they will be held on by rare earth magnets. i will head down to the exotic lumber center to decide on the wood.

| over caffinated reefer | Re: new stand oh snap, i'm in deep do do. lol i now have 2 120 tanks going up. i member of our local reef club made me a deal on his oceanic 120,stand,sump and pump. this plus the glasscages starphire 120 i have already bought has the wife chapped. i think i should check into reefers rehab.

| over caffinated reefer | Re: new stand i guess i'm lucky, i work for a structural steel fab shop. i have jig tables, engineers, welders and QC people that helped put this together. our QC guy, carey . went as for as x-raying the welds before and after i polished it. i think we, meaning my wife has decided on zebra wood to skin it. this part is going to be fun as i will dove tail all joints

It's ALL gotta go!! Nitrate (NO3) reduction is directly proportional to percentage of Water Change. Allen's home-made formula...currentNO3-((%WC*.01)currentNO3)=finalNO3 (thanks Luukosian) This means if you change 50% of your total water volume (That's EVERYTHING) you'll get a net reduction of (NO3) somewhere around 50%. Ask me about how to increase your REEF budget without going without FOOD!!
