Virtual Tank Tour

I was lucky enough to join a Tank Tour yesterday. Well I was amazed. I saw tanks that were years old and well established and a couple that were just getting going. I found myself able to give advise and talk with people that have been in the hobby that can remember doing this with HOB filters and standard lights. One guy had a 135 gallon tank on the main floor and a ten gallon tank downstairs. the ten was pushing 50 years old and he says that that tank has een through what he says is everything. Another reefer had just got his tank cycling last week. And you want to know something, not one negative comment was made. It semed more like cruising around visiting family all day. Even got a couple frags. My tank was to far out of the way so I brought pictures and got a lot of coplements and some advise. It was kinda cool to see both the novice and the masters of the hobby mixing like old friends. Kids had a blast and overall was one of te best days I have had for a while.
I was wondering, could we do a "virtual" tank tour. Why not. So folks Post your pics and show off your tanks, Lets go. Shaun

I like this idea alot actually, there is a FTS thread around here somewhere though that is this general idea, but nothing like a little bit of a spin on an old concept, ill post up my tanks.

Old 55, everything is in the process of being moved to the 90.

Here is the 90, in the process of cycling and getting livestock.

this is the most recent of my 90g

and here it is right before I put the "Frag Rack" in it.

I'll take a new one tonight with the NEW Frag Rack in it.

VERY nice Al,can't wait to see more pix. why as soon as I get my tank up and running suddenly I want a BIGGER one! I recently went awe a 29 s good then lets turn the 55 gallon Cichlid tank into a reef now I'm shopping for a 125 cause now I think a 125 is ideal size...I need 4 tanks like I need another hole in my head does everybody do this?????????????

Think so. Now that I have a 100 gallon I think that a 150 would be great. But I will just stick with what I got. Shaun

Here is mine. the covers and trim are not on in this picture. i can do a shot of just the tank if you want. i figured this is what i would want to see if i went to see a tank.
