Basile, I use a lot of cement in my tank, I can buy rock but I like the homemade stuff better.
Much of my rock is homemade as is this bottle which is a beer bottle only a couple of years old. I built it to look like that. There are about ten of them in my tank.

Now that's what i call recycling lol, great ideal. Got to be careful with the sharp edges iguess.

yea i "borrowed" a huge empty wine bottle from my church so i'm putting that in my 55g. i'll prob make some rok too

Ok for base rock, what do you think of foam, i'm contemplating that direction. And what about marco rock , can you elaborate thanks. Don't you need to sceal the foam with something??
