IS this where this guy was "Curing" the cement?

That's precisely how I'll be curing mine in the future.

Nitrate (NO3) reduction is directly proportional to percentage of Water Change.
Allen's home-made formula...currentNO3-((%WC*.01)currentNO3)=finalNO3 (thanks Luukosian)
This means if you change 50% of your total water volume (That's EVERYTHING) you'll get a net reduction of (NO3) somewhere around 50%.

Ask me about how to increase your REEF budget without going without FOOD!!

Hey thanks for your input. Forgot to thank you about it. I reseached the threads and most of the guys who did their foam work used the same product and its safe for fish. You can also use these products for your foam

24 Hours After your Foam

24 Hours after your Foam as cured You apply a resin

Zap Finishing Resin
Uses & Hints Page
Part # PT-40

Uses:Z-POXY FINISHING RESIN is a premium light weight two part epoxy laminating / finishing type resin. Whether fiber-glassing the center section of a wing or the entire airplane, Z-POXY is the easiest to use and best you can buy. Great for sealing model boat hulls, inside and out. Use to seal all engine and fuel tank areas. It is absolutely the best for sheeting foam wing pannels.I t will bond to itself and does not get brittle with age. Z-POXY FINISHING RESIN is easy to mix, just combine equal parts by volume. Its thinner formula is perfect as is but can be thinned if needed. Z-POXY FINISHING RESIN can also be used to seal and prepare all types of wood projects for painting.Helpful Hints: Z-POXY FINISHING RESIN will penetrate into porous wood, several applications may be required to fill and level the surface. Let each application cure and sand between coats. To clean up any uncured or unmixed epoxy, use alcohol, isopropyl or methanol, either will work. Thinning of Z-POXY FINISHING RESIN is possible in smaller ratios, thinning too much will alter the cured properties. It is best to test the thinned epoxy, let it cure and adjust as need. Mix Z-POXY FINISHING RESIN in a clean plastic cup or on a non porous surface like a piece flexible plastic. Only mix enough epoxy as needed, any excess epoxy cannot be saved after it has been mixed. Pot life and cure time will vary when the epoxy is thinned. For a bonding type epoxy, use Z-POXY QUICK SET 5 MIN.FORMULA part numbers PT-37 and PT-38, or
Z-POXY 30 MIN. FORMULA part number PT-39.

I just liked the ideas you were giving me about scaping shapes, I did mine all n natural because I think it looks better that way, all just personal preference i suppose. I will get pics up sometime soon, the tank was clearing up and then i added a half bucket of salt and 2 HK 4's, so its cloudy again to say the least...lol
