Setting a ps75

Does anyone know where to set the water line on a ps75 to give the best results? And does anyone know how much air should be going in to give the best results?

well for cheapness this skimmer treated me pretty well . heres a very long thread on RC about it..Reef Central Online Community - WOOT lol Odyssea NEEDLE WHEEL skimmer!
but what i did is ran the the air and the flow adjustment wide open . then to get the lvl i wanted (1/8 in or so under the colection cup) i lowered the sponge to alow more water flow .or restrict it . thats the best ive found .. like i said cheapness .but it does do a decent job for the money
