180 protein skimmer, no idea what to get

hi, im setting up a 180 with a 75 sump. im pretty much in a state of dumbness cuz i have no idea in the world on what brand, model, or what ever. so if anyone has ideas or past experience please let me know. i have 2-300 to spend on one so please be within reason with your recomendations. thanks, jason

You will get a lot of opinions on this one but personally I love the ASM skimmers. For your tank I would get a G4+,
