first off, i got my "ideas" from Donis link:

so far i have
* .59#s of Salmon Steak
* 10 4x9" squids
* and i bought some "seaFood Mix" i am hesitant to use this so i will list the ingredients, tell me if you think it will be ok or not please.
Shrimps
imitation crab meat (may contain egg white)
squid rings
octopus
squid tentacles
cooked clam/mussel meat
there are little peices of these ingredients, its not a mush already.

i plan on going to wally world soon, and getting some more various seafood items like shrimp, mussle, scallops.

also i will add some green & red & brown SeaWeed, formula 1 & 2 pellets, prime reef flakes. Zoe, Selcon, Vita-Chem

I'd skip the seafood mix. You want to avoid prepared foods because they may have preservatives and other ingredients that may be harmful. Frozen or fresh scallops, squid, shrimp, clams, crab and maybe some fish roe are all good choices. The rest of your list sound great!

has anyone else recently made a homemade mush that has some ingredients doni didnt have? like a more herbivorous food?
i have one Yellow Tang
two Oceleris Clowns
and one LawnMower Blenny
i have a few corals so dont forget them..

in my mush i put in every seafood i had i the kitchen. clam mussel brine shrimp crab. also my flake food and some of my reef chili

i will put clams, shellfish mussels all of that, then as yungreefa said i will also put in some flakes/pellets.

went to walmart, OMG they carry like no RAW SEAFOOD. on the upside i picked up near 1# of scallops. if im lucky tomorrow we may go to one of our seafood stores (another one) and wetpets (LFS) to pick up some frozen goods

If you want more ingredients for your herbivores add some nori and some spirulina.

Ya I know. This would be added along with that. Nori and spirulina are good foods for meat eating fish as well. Nori is probably the most nutritious of all of them. The packaged colored seaweeds you get are processed a bit more than nori and more expensive.

nori is the stuff that they make sushi with, and can be bought in wally world right? my flake food will have spirulina

Yep. Get the roasted unsalted kind. Use some in your mix and the rest to feed your fish on a clip.

I would hold back on the salmon. It's very oily and can cause problems quickly with your water. just my .02

woodstock used it. what problems can it cause? is there anyway i can decrease the oil?
