Aquamend equivelant?

The local Homedepot doesn't sell aquamend brand epoxy. they do have a waterproof 2 part epoxy putty that says it's safe for potable water lines. It's called PC Plumbing epoxy putty by pc-products (pcepoxy.com). The msds appears to be pretty much identical to aquamend. Does anyone have any experience with this product?

I know I can order the "for sure reef safe" stuff, but I'm curious if this is exactly the same stuff.

FWIW. I used this brand epoxy and it appears to have worked just fine with no noticeable ill effects as of yet.

Sorry I missed this post. That's exactly what I have used since day one. There are actually a few posts here on RS (some by me) about this very thing. Do a search on here and you should find it.

I tried searching, but didn't get any hits. oh well. Thanks for the verification. It was my first time trying to attach corals...there was lots of cussing and such. I have more epoxy than coral in most cases
