| Tunicate | Wallys 125 Gallon Hi, im new to reef sanctuary. I used to be over at reef central till they decided to close my account. I still don't know why i was asking people there about cuparmine since i just started using it and all of a sudden they close my account. the last post was from a RC Admin person saying take your games else where? no idea what he is talking about sorry asking for help is a game to you? but anyways i have a 125 gallon with 140ish lbs of LR and about 80lbs LS. ich presented its self on two of my three tangs. so i got all the fish out and into my 55g so i can treat them which im doing now with cuparmine and the API copper test is so hard to read the guy at the LFS said look down the test tube like a scoop of a gun to match the color so i do and it looks right but when i look sideways at it into the light its clear as daylight.. if any had experience with this please let me know if im doing it right with looking down the tube like a scoop.. or if you have any tips or tricks to this thanks! |

It's ALL gotta go!! Nitrate (NO3) reduction is directly proportional to percentage of Water Change. Allen's home-made formula...currentNO3-((%WC*.01)currentNO3)=finalNO3 (thanks Luukosian) This means if you change 50% of your total water volume (That's EVERYTHING) you'll get a net reduction of (NO3) somewhere around 50%. Ask me about how to increase your REEF budget without going without FOOD!!
